Changing the sender "FROM" email address

If you just want to change the FROM alias, you can do that at any time by logging into the Admin Site. This is often all that is necessary.

As far as the actual FROM sender email address, the default is:
photodelivery@fotozap.com

If you prefer, we can also easily change it to a more generic option:
event@photodelivery.link

But if you want the sender email address to be an email on your own domain, just let your client services representative know what email you want to use. You will also need to first make a small change to your DNS, by adding an SPF record

What is an SPF record?
An SPF record is a type of Domain Name Service (DNS) record that identifies which mail servers are permitted to send email on behalf of your domain. The purpose of an SPF record is to prevent spammers from sending messages that imitate your domain during an email connection.

So in the DNS, add the following text to your domain's SPF record:
a:fzmail.cloud.picturemarketing.com

You can copy from here:
a:fzmail.cloud.picturemarketing.com

...
...
By way of example, the final SPF record might look something like this:
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:_spf.google.com a:fzmail.cloud.picturemarketing.com -all
(Don't copy this one, it is just an example.)
