Uploading A Soundtrack, Music, or Audio
ADDING A SOUNDTRACK TO A FOTOZAP BOOTH CAMPAIGN
IMPORTANT: When uploading mp3 files, make sure the name of the files contain only letters, numbers and underscores,
e.g., abcdefg_123.mp3, but no spaces and no special characters like accent marks, ampersands or parentheses.

If your file is an m4a or mp4 file, you cannot simply change the suffix to .mp3. You must actually convert the file to an .mp3 file using one of the common conversion programs such as http://CloudConvert.com. DO NOT simply append m4a and mp4 file names with .mp3 extensions. They will not work in the app and will cause an error message.
Make sure your audio file is roughly the same length as your video file. If you upload a full song (e.g. 3 minutes long) to a 20-second video, the platform will try and composite the full 3 minutes audio and append it to your 20-second video. This can cause extreme delays in your process time, and the system will likely time-out, resulting in no media being uploaded and no deliveries to your guests.

1. On the promotions screen, click on the 'Customize' gear icon on the campaign you wish you modify.
2. Click on the 'Booth App' header.
3. Click on the 'Filters and Effects tab' please note in order to add a soundtrack you must select the 'Animation' or 'Video' options.
4. Scroll down to 'Add a Soundtrack' from your music and sound catalog. If you don't have a soundtrack you may add a sample soundtrack from the options below.
5. Click 'Save' when done.
